What started out as our first published game back in 1982, the Inner City RPG, has grown up and gotten, if anything, even more action-packed with time. Find out about the new version of Inner City - Playin' in the Streets (PitS) here.

While different on many levels, I find that your thinking runs on par with anime. First you have Fuzzy Heroes, and now you have PitS. While different, there are significant superficial similarities between PitS and .hack. (Your current one seems more like chinese gold farmers by the description.)

I am starting to think that you should just come out with the idea, and then give it to me to connect it up to the anime culture. Unlike rpgs, anime is actually a growing industry.

In case you are board, here is the anime I am talking about:

Heh, yeah, kinda cool...

PiTS actually is a revised version of our old Inner City RPG... from way back in 1980... I think the only anime back then was Speed Racer... although I'm sure I'm wrong on that account.

I wanted to add a bit more depth, so all of the computer jacking stuff is new...

But the old ICG RPG was the "crook in a bad 70's cop show" which is what the game currently centers around.

I DO want to run some here, and have free down, loadable quickstart rules.

Workin' on that.

Noble Knight has the original for sale for $75, I think. Is that it?

sorry for the late reply

Yeah, it looks like it, altho its hard to tell without a picture. it was a 9X12 box set with actual play money, the rulebook, and a big 4-color city map.

It wasn't particularly well-writeen, but I'd venture to say that I have gotten better with age. :D

I... ahem... think I have a couple of copies in the rack downstairs... like maybe three or four... for those truly interested.
