That is correct. Here is the new board with production added:

Note that I have placed my new aircraft, and the new tanks for Yellow and Green, as well as Yellow's Food on the board. In addition, I have chosen 3 Oil for the R&D facilities I control.

Green, you need to let me know what two commodities you want for the two R&D facilities you control.

Okay. Feed/Eat phase.

I will feed 12, starving one guy in my Plane factory.

Green and Yellow lose all labor units as they have no food.

My move/attack phase follows, so I'll take it. Three planes are headed for the R&D facility in Green land to attack the single tank stationed there.
forgemeister rolls Red Plane Attacks Green Tank (3d6): [3 + 1 + 2] = 6
miss
forgemeister rolls Red Plane Attacks Green Tank (3d6): [3 + 4 + 5] = 12
kill

Its Green's move and attack phase, and he has two oil... enough for four tanks, or two planes. (or one plane and two tanks). Green needs to take either a factory or a med facility to stay in the game.

Yellow still has a med facility that will provide him with the Labor Unit necessary to stay in the game... but he needs to hold on to that or he'll be out.

Worldwide famine continues as Green's merciless persecution of the underpriviledged Yellows continues. Humanitarian aid is being sent by our government to a nearby scientific facility used by the Green's, but it is feared that the aid will be too little, too late.

President Clark had this comment:
"We have extended the olive branch to Green, but they still refuse to relinquish their hold and free our enslaved citizens in the tank and oil works of our country. We could not ignore their overall plight, but to those who feel we should offer greater aid I can only say, 'Charity begins at home.'"

It is feared that our lack of aid to Green will sponsor further violence on their part, as this seems to be their standard means for solving most internal problems.
