Okay, the trading phase has concluded, with one final trade:
Green has traded with Red :
Green trades 1 Oil and 1 Food for 1 of Red's planes. New map:

In other news:
Popedale has dropped from the game due to it taking too long between turns. I don't have a serious problem with the game's speed, but I know that others playing have asked that it speed up as well. SO, please try and check one of the three sights (triple oak leaf, DF, or fuzzyheroes.com) once per day to get your turns in, and we'll see if that doesn't speed things up a bit.

I will be taking over Popedale's country for now, but if you know of someone that would like to play "Yellow" we can certainly 'get them in'.

Meanwhile, here's the situation in the world, with a few 'exciting facts' :D

Blue: Tied for smallest military. GNP = 19. Largest stockpile of Food. Tied for smallest stockpile of Oil which dovetails nicely with the size of their military.

Red: most balanced GNP. GNP= 20.

Green: Largest standing military, currently. GNP=19.

Yellow: probably gets the nod for the smallest military due to tech differences. GNP= 15.

So, depending on your yardstick, Red is in the lead altho just barely. Yellow is in last place, currently, but has the best defense.

Anyone watching, please ask about getting involved if you would like to! Yellow is available...

It is now Green's move and attack phase. To recap:
Each plane consumes one oil to move up to 6 areas, or any portion thereof. Two tanks use but one oil to move uo to two areas each, or any portion thereof. Planes or tanks without oil do not disappear, they simply can not move.

If you are the sole occupant of an opponent's factory at the end of your move and attack phase, you have captured it and will receive 5 additional labor units at the start of the next turn PER factory captured.

If you lose a factory you may no longer place Labor Units within it at the start of the turn, nor can you trade or produce that commodity, even if you have captured an opponent's factory of the same type.

Green (TadK) - its your move and attack phase. You have enough Oil to move both planes.

If he is not ousted, Green will now get two free commodities (of his choice, Plane, Tank,Food, or Oil) during the production phase of next turn. As the plan that has so vehemently violated the sovereign territory of Yellow (me) has no additional oil on board, and it is outside of Green territory, it will remain in charge of our sovereign R&D factory until Oil is brought to it by another military unit, or it is destroyed in righteous fury by the reclamation forces of Yellow (not likely to happen any time soon).

I (Yellow) will not be moving.

Darius (Blue) its your move.

Move plane to the R&D facility near yellow's border. I think that is within the distance that one oil can move me. If not, then the other R&D place.

Well, Red could use some more labour units.... Perhaps we should start a draft from our neighbors. Two planes while interested in the empty tank factory nearby, will move to and investigate Blue's Plane Factory to see if any are willing to join our cause.

Given how this game is going. Maybe we should drop the "trade" from the trade wars name.

I refuse to accept any blame for Red's decisive move :D. The two attacks against the labor units are auto kills.

I have the feeling that Tanks will be quite popular next turn.

... its eat phase.

Red will get 5 extra Labor Units at the start of next turn.
Green will get two free commodities during the production phase.
Blue will get one free commodity during the production phase.

I assume that everyone besides me will feed all labor units? that is reflected in the current map. If such is not the case, please let me know!

New Turn
I have placed first this turn with my remaining 10 Labor Units. I will also move first.

Blue should now place/allocate his 13 remaining Labor Units.

...then Red will place his 20 Labor Units.

...and then Green may redistribute his 15 Labor Units. Again unless I hear otherwise, everyone (besides me) was able to and has fed all of their Labor Units.
