Okay, the delays here are my fault; miscommunication. Green has completed all trades.

Its my move and attack phase.

But first, a GDP (GNP) report.

Blue: Previous GNP = 19. Current GNP = 28. Standing Military: 5 Units
Slightly less than one turn's Oil to move all units. Food capable of feeding all.

Red: Previous GNP= 20. Current GNP = 35 Standing Military: 7 Units
Slightly less than one turn's Oil to move all units. One Food surplus.

Green: Previous GNP=19. Current GNP = 33. Standing Military: 9 Units
Severe Oil shortage. One full turn Food surplus.

Two Tanks head south on one Oil. One stops at the Oil factory, the other moves his full two to the R&D facility. Two planes fly from the plane factory to retake the far Yellow R&D facility with the other two Oil.

Green is passing on his move, so its time to eat! I am assuming that everyone is feeding all of their current populace.

Yellow (me) eats 2 Food (10 units worth).
Blue (Darius) eats 3 Food (13 units worth).
Red (Kersus) eats 4 Food (20 units worth)
Green (Tadk) eats 3 Food (15 units worth)

This turn, Blue will place Labor units first, then Red, then Green, then Yellow.

Blue will place 18 Labor Units & will also receive 1 R&D commodity (plane, if chosen will appear at the R&D facility).

Red will place (OMG!) 26 Labor Units & will also receive 2 R&D commodites (they will appear at the factories of the same type) .

Green will place 15 Labor Units & will also receive 1 R&D commodity which will appear at the factory of the same type) .

Yellow will place 10 Labor Units & will also receive 2 R&D commodites which will appear at the factories of the same type).

Watch the GDP figures after this trurn's trading phase as they measure comparative wealth... I think this game is just about entirely Red's, but we'll see. Word to the wise: Food demand this turn, at a base level, is 15 units! (to feed current world population)

Blue is obligated to declare his R&D choice before anyone else declares their R&D choice, and before the trading phase. As you put in your Labor Unit placement, you can choose either to declare any R&D you get, or you can wait, its up to you.
